There are limitless shades of grey; within which lies a soft, subtle beauty that goes unseen when we endlessly seek brightness.  Beneath our shiny facade often lies a landscape of subtle tones, complexities, and imperfections. When we have the courage to wash away the painted-on colours, we can embrace the depths of our own ambiguity with love and compassion.  Just as a tree’s roots are fed in the dark fertile earth, it is in our grey depths that joy’s roots find strength.
