This is possibly my favourite from this series, the one that has the most ‘me’ poured into it. This piece represents the carefree, untroubled flow of the river. The swirling current maintains its journey, untouched by whatever angst is occurring on its shores. It feels so strong and determined, yet effortlessly flows over or around whatever is in its path. “Nothing can stop it from reaching the ocean” (Love Flows Like a River).

 My work often explores the parallels between our external and internal worlds. This piece encourages us to flow, to be like the river and let go of the things around us that we cannot control, to float with the current and gently but resolutely maintain an unwavering path.
